What does that mean--be afraid of wasting time obsessing about how others see you? We can't **waste time** obsessing, but we can obsess...efficiently? She's not asking a writer NOT to obsess AT ALL is she? Agghhhhhhhhh!

Hmm, now if she said, Be afraid of wasting time reading message boards and reading blogs and checking your email, she'd have me down. How I look? Well I realized recently that I do not have the patience to style my hair, how is that for person-who-actually-may-need-to-spend-some-time-worrying-about-how-she-looks?
